Channel Partnership Operations Specialist (Korean / Mandarin Speaking)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the exchange platform and its channels, including channel management, campaign launches, and operational support.
• Assist in developing and executing platform and channel operation strategies, including user incentive programmes, channel rebate structures, and trading campaigns.
• Support the BD team in establishing and managing channel partnerships, following up on partnership requirements, policy implementation, and day-to-day operational issues.
• Plan and execute platform marketing campaigns, including new user acquisition campaigns, trading tasks, and trading competitions.
• Monitor and analyse key operational metrics, including registrations, KYC completions, First-Time Deposits (FTD), First-Time Trades (FTT), trading volume, fee revenue, and channel performance. Prepare regular operational reports and campaign performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Design, Technology, Customer Support, and Risk Control teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of operational projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 2–3 years of relevant experience in channel operations or platform operations within a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Familiarity with core CEX business operations, including derivatives trading, channel rebate structures, and marketing campaign mechanisms.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong execution, communication, and coordination skills, with a high sense of ownership and the ability to independently manage day-to-day operational tasks.
• Experience in Chinese-speaking, Korean, or Japanese markets, or involvement in launching an exchange from 0 to 1, will be an advantage.
