Training Supervisor

WE'RE HIRING: TRAINING SUPERVISOR – MANILA

BGC, Taguig City | Full-time | 100% Onsite

We're looking for an experienced Training Supervisor to lead our Manila Training Team and drive training effectiveness, trainer development, and overall new hire readiness.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can oversee training operations, develop trainers, improve learning programs, and ensure that our people are fully equipped to succeed on the sales floor.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Training Operations: Oversee classroom training, nesting, trainee progression, and readiness for production.
• Trainer Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trainers to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
• Curriculum Development: Review and improve training programs, learning materials, assessments, and reinforcement initiatives.
• Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Identify knowledge, skills, and performance gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor training KPIs, analyze results, and translate insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales/Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, and Global Training to align training outcomes with business objectives.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• At least 3 years of relevant BPO, Learning & Development, or Training experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising Trainers.
• Hands-on experience in classroom training and/or nesting.
• Experience in curriculum development and Training Needs Analysis.
• Strong analytical, coaching, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use training data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig, with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.

NICE TO HAVE:

• International voice BPO experience.
• Sales training experience or exposure to a sales-driven environment.
• Travel, airline, or related industry experience.
• Experience managing high-volume training operations.
