HR Administrator

• Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, resume screening, interviews and preparation of job offer letters.

• Manage employee matters such as attendance, overtime, leave, staff records and employee discipline.

• Prepare and manage HR documents such as warning letters, show cause letters, position confirmation letters and service termination letters.

• Manage monthly salary calculations and matters related to KWSP, PERKESO, SIP and PCB.

• Ensure all HR matters comply with the Employment Act 1955 and applicable labour laws.

• Handle employee complaints, problems and disciplinary issues.

• Prepare policies, procedures and documentation related to human resource management.

• Develop and implement HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), employee handbooks and performance appraisal systems.

• Oversee office housekeeping, cleaning, maintenance, safety and security.

• Manage company vehicle administration, including road tax, insurance, servicing and scheduling.

• Perform other administrative and HR tasks as directed by management from time to time.

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in the HR field.

• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws.

• Experience in payroll management, KWSP, PERKESO, SIP and PCB.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and so on).

• Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills.

• Meticulous, firm, disciplined, trustworthy and able to work independently.

• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
