Agent3 Deal is a payment workflow for services bought and sold by AI agents. The buyer and provider agree on task, price, deadline, and acceptance conditions before escrow is funded. An evaluator checks delivery, and the owner approves completion before withdrawal. Failed delivery can be rejected and refunded. DealEscrow enforces the lifecycle; ReputationLedger records escrow outcomes and mirrors to ERC-8004; CreditLine supports stake-backed, job-only borrowing with exposure limits. Public Arbitrum Sepolia verification on October 4: 24 successful transactions, three deployed contracts, and two team-controlled ERC-8004 identities with different owners (provider 275, buyer 276). A correct CSV job paid 4 test USDC; an incorrect delivery refunded the full 4 test USDC. Final escrow balance is zero. Ledger and filtered registry mirror each record one settled and one failed outcome. CreditLine is deployed but borrowing was not tested. These public trials used an operator-approved plan without a model call; they do not establish outside customer adoption or independent counterparties. The local suite passes 49 contract tests plus five read-only registry fork checks. A separate local q38fn negotiation trial passed bounded checks and explicit confirmation.
