• Concept & Architecture: Conceptualized the "ALPHA STORE" Web3 marketplace bridging Baron Munchausen art with New York cityscapes. Designed the entire dApp architecture from scratch.

• Frontend Development: Built a high-performance user interface using Vite to ensure instant page loading. Implemented responsive multi-page routing between ALPHA STORE and Abstract Zone.

• Web3 Integration: Integrated the Thirdweb SDK to enable hybrid authentication: frictionless Web2 onboarding via Google Social Login and a native Web3 connection via MetaMask.

• Minting & Transaction Logic: Developed the frontend-to-contract connection. Implemented a smart contract address copying utility, dynamic NFT rendering based on Token IDs, and a fully functional minting process with live wallet confirmations.

• Deployment & Testing: Successfully tested the complete transaction lifecycle, recorded a 3-minute video demonstration, and deployed the production-ready live MVP.

• Status: Not Funded / Bootstrapped

• Description: The project has been fully developed from scratch during the hackathon by a solo developer. No external funding, pre-seed capital, or grants have been raised yet. The project is currently open to grants, ecosystem support, and future investment.

• Requested Amount: $5,000 – $7,000 (Grant / Pre-seed)

Budget Breakdown:

1. Smart Contract Deployment & Auditing ($1,000 - $1,500):

   • Mainnet gas fees for deploying Thirdweb smart contracts (e.g., Ethereum Layer-2 like Polygon, Arbitrum, or Base).

   • Basic security audit to ensure contract vulnerability protection.

2. Infrastructure & Hosting ($500):

   • Premium Thirdweb infrastructure RPC-nodes for high-traffic minting.

   • Production-grade domain name, backend hosting, and database services for 1 year.

3. Marketing & Community Building ($2,500 - $3,500):

   • Launching targeted social media campaigns (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram).

   • Collaborating with micro-influencers in the NFT and Web3 space to drive traffic to ALPHA STORE.

   • Community giveaway allocations and mint whitelist marketing.

4. Art & Legal Operations ($1,000 - $1,500):

   • Finalizing and expanding the high-resolution art assets for Baron Munchausen and New York collections.

   • Basic legal compliance check for intellectual property and digital asset sales.
