The after-hours venue for Robinhood Stock Tokens. Trade the overnight gap or earn by carrying the weekend, settled on Chainlink. Live on Robinhood Chain.
Get paid to take the other side of overnight stocks.
The US stock market trades about 6.5 hours a day, five days a week. Robinhood Stock Tokens don't stop. They transfer and swap on Robinhood Chain all night and all weekend. That leaves about 65 hours every weekend, from Friday's 4pm bell to Monday's 9:30 open, when stock exposure is still trading but nobody is set up to take the other side of the gap. The Chainlink price feeds follow market hours, so the weekend price is stale on purpose. Anyone trading then has no trustworthy price and no natural counterparty.
Amen turns the overnight gap into something you can trade and something you can earn from.
Amen Market is for traders. Every weekend, each listed Stock Token (NVDA, AAPL and SPY at launch) gets its own YES/NO market: will this stock open at least 1% away from Friday's close? Bets are in USDG. The markets are parimutuel, so winners split the whole pool minus a 1% fee, and your maximum loss is your stake. There's no leverage and no liquidation.
Vespers Vault is for liquidity providers. LPs deposit USDG. While cash is closed, the vault buys the stock only when the on-chain pool sells it below the Chainlink price, then sells everything at Monday's open. Profits go to depositors, minus a 10% performance fee. Every weekend's result is recorded on-chain and shown in the vault's cycle history.
The close is recorded. After 4pm New York time, anyone can record the official close: the last Chainlink round at or before the bell. After-hours prints are rejected, and nobody can type in a price, not even the owner.
Vespers. While cash is closed, traders take positions and the vault may carry inventory. Every vault trade must land within 0.5% of the Chainlink mark.
The first print settles. Markets settle on one specific Chainlink round: the first one printed during the cash session at or after 9:30. It's proven on-chain by round id, so the result doesn't depend on who calls settlement or when.
Amen would rather refund than settle on a bad price.
Stale feed at the open: if the feed hasn't updated in 30 minutes during market hours, the ticker freezes.
Paused token: if the Stock Token reports oraclePaused(), that ticker freezes.
No valid print: if nothing valid arrives within 60 minutes of the open, every stake is refunded 1:1 with no fee. A market with bets on only one side is refunded the same way.
Per-ticker freezes: each ticker freezes on its own feed, so one bad feed doesn't stop the others.
The owner's powers: the owner can freeze the protocol in an emergency, but can never set a price.
The vault's exits: deposits and withdrawals pause while the vault carries stock over a stale weekend price, so no LP can trade against another at a price everyone knows is old.
Amen is only possible here:
official Stock Tokens that move 24/7, with corporate actions handled by the token and priced into the feed;
Chainlink stock feeds;
USDG as the native dollar for every pool and payout;
a first-come sequencer, so there's no gas auction at Monday's open.
Amen is live on Robinhood Chain mainnet as a guarded beta:
Ownership: a Safe multisig owns all contracts, with two-step ownership transfer and no upgradeable proxies.
Tickers: NVDA, AAPL and SPY are listed. Any Stock Token with a Chainlink feed can be added without a code change.
First markets: the first weekend markets, on NVDA and AAPL, opened on-chain on September 25, 2026.
Keeper: a keeper bot records closes, opens markets, settles or refunds them, and runs the vault cycle every weekend, with Telegram and Discord alerts.
Beta caps: 10,000 USDG in the vault, 2,000 USDG per market, and at most 20% of the vault in stock.
Testing: 90 unit and fuzz tests, plus tests against a copy of mainnet state that check the real tokens, feeds and pool.
Website: a web app with light and dark mode, WalletConnect for phone wallets, and a demo mode that plays a full weekend in twelve clicks.
a 1% fee on markets that resolve (refunds are free);
10% of the vault's realized profit (nothing on a loss).
An independent audit, then higher caps, raised step by step.
More tickers: every Robinhood Stock Token with a Chainlink feed.
More market types, starting with absolute-move markets, which the contracts already support.
A vault that carries many tickers.
Amen is not available to US persons. Robinhood Stock Tokens are debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited. They give economic exposure only, not share ownership. Amen is unaudited beta software, not a broker, and gives no investment advice.
