Aqua Flare Robot is an intelligent, multi-functional fire-response robot built to revolutionize safety and firefighting in modern environments. Unlike traditional market robots.
In environments where fire outbreaks pose significant threats, early detection, quick response, and intelligent support systems are essential.
Existing fire safety solutions often lack real-time monitoring, multi-sensor intelligence, and user support post-deployment.
To solve this, we proudly introduce Aqua Flare Robot – a smart, AI-powered robot designed not just to tackle fire hazards, but to intelligently assist, monitor, and engage with users through an advanced mobile app and chatbot system.
Aqua Flare Robot is built with three major domains :
1. Embedded Systems: For real-time fire detection, gas sensing, and movement.
2. Machine Learning (ML): A chatbot that provides intelligent support and answers all user queries.
3. Software Development (App): A mobile app serving as a digital manual, control panel, and support center.
Key Features :
1. Fire Detection & Response: Automatically detects flames and navigates toward the source.
2. Multi-Directional Water Spraying: Efficient extinguishing from different angles.
3. Gas Leak Detection: Alerts the user via SMS on detecting harmful gases.
4. Emergency Alerts: Sends calls and SMS alerts to registered contacts using GSM.
5. Live Camera Monitoring: Watch real-time robot footage through the app.
6. AI Chatbot: Trained ML-based chatbot to guide, support, and troubleshoot any robot-related issues.
7. Mobile App: Acts as a full digital guide, control system, and contact support hub.
8. Upcoming Upgrades: Obstacle avoidance, IoT dashboard, temperature/humidity tracking, foam/water level alerts, and battery health monitoring.
Aqua Flare Robot is not just a machine — it’s your intelligent safety companion. It ensures proactive fire management, seamless user interaction, and smarter decision-making during critical times.
During the hackathon, our team executed across all three domains with exceptional collaboration and time management: 1. Embedded System: Assembled the robot using flame and gas sensors, GSM modules, water-spraying mechanisms, and basic navigation logic. 2. Software Part (App): Developed a mobile application that includes: Robot overview and digital manual • Real-time alerts • Live camera feed • AI Chatbot • Direct contact option for assistance 3. Machine Learning: Integrated a trained chatbot using the Gemini API to handle user questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance. 4. Documentation: Created a comprehensive feature comparison chart showing Aqua Flare Robot’s advantages over current market solutions. By the end of the hackathon, we had a functioning prototype, a fully interactive app, and an intelligent chatbot — proving the strength of our concept and team skills.
