Description

Aqua0 is a shared liquidity layer for stablecoin issuers and market makers. Today, capital fragments across chains and pools and most of it sits idle. Aqua0 lets the same fundsback depth on every pool and chain at once, via funds deployed just-in-time via a cross-chain filler mechanism that 2.25-3x more capital efficient than traditional AMMs. Private beta is live on 7 EVM chains with $102k in liquidity signed commitments.

Progress During Hackathon

During the buildathon, we signed a $50,000 LoI from HackerChain to use Aqua0 to marketmake, as well as built the arbitrage bot that we demoed. This arbitrage bot returns 90% of the profits to the liquidity providers while in a regular DeX like Uniswap, the liquidity provider's funds would bleed out to third-party arbitrageurs. So our infra is the most capital efficient as well as safe for liquidity providers to use. We will keep pushing the frontier in Web3 and continue to ensure our users' funds are treated better than in any other Web3 protocol out there - while serving the highest capital efficiency possible.

Fundraising Status

We are incubated by 1inch and the Uniswap Foundation. We are also backed by a $50,000 grant from 1inch, an Ethereum Foundation Security Fund audit subsidy grant for $7,000, as well as Guardian Audits' Gold grant. We have $15,000 of angel funding in the bank plus $25,000 of angel funding committed from Sergej Kunz, the co-founder of 1inch. We are currently raising a pre-seed round.
