It facilitates secure, transparent, and direct collaboration through smart contracts that manage job requests, escrow payments, and performance tracking. The platform also includes artisan verification through a profile-based system that highlights their portfolio/completed work. CraftLink aims to bridge the gap between skilled labor and market demand, boosting visibility, income, and trust for artisans while simplifying the hiring process for clients worldwide.
