Programmable lending platform for tokenized stocks. Borrow against your tokenized stock. Custos pays the debt down while you sip your coffee, and it can never borrow or sell so no worries

Crest is a borrowing account for Robinhood Stock Tokens on Robinhood Chain, built on Arbitrum. You put a stock token in as collateral, borrow USDG through Morpho Blue, and park the borrowed USDG in one fixed vault. A guardian called Custos watches the loan around the clock.
Stock Tokens trade 24 hours a day, but the real market behind them is closed for 17.5 of those hours. When the price drops at 3 a.m., a borrower today has two bad options:
Watch it yourself, and if you miss one night, a liquidator sells your collateral at a penalty.
Hand a bot your private key, and now that bot can borrow more, swap, or send your funds anywhere.
Crest splits the authority inside one non-upgradeable smart contract, CrestAccount.
Owner | Custos | |
|---|---|---|
Create debt | Yes, only the owner | Never |
Change limits, unfreeze, change guardian | Yes | Never |
Withdraw collateral or stablecoins | Yes | Never |
Freeze new borrowing | Yes |
|
Repay this account's debt from idle funds | Yes |
|
Repay this account's debt from the vault | Yes |
|
Those three functions are Custos's entire interface. Custos cannot choose a receiver, a market, a vault, a swap, or an arbitrary call. If someone steals the Custos key, the worst they can do is freeze borrowing or pay the owner's debt early.
The stock price falls and the loan crosses the owner's upper LTV band.
The monitor reads the Morpho position, vault liquidity, oracle, and policy, all at the same block.
Custos simulates the exact call, then freezes new borrowing.
Custos repays part of the debt from the vault, within the owner's per-action cap.
The receipt is reconciled: debt before, debt after, shares burned.
Owner-only debt: the guardian can only make the debt smaller.
Bad data only tightens: stale, paused, or missing inputs block actions or freeze borrowing. They never loosen a limit.
Real liquidity: strategy repayment is bounded by what the vault can withdraw right now, not by TVL or share price.
Separate facts: projected carry, realized vault earnings, and actual debt reduction are never blended into one number.
Smart contract
CrestAccount: a non-upgradeable account with owner-only debt, LTV caps, reserve and strategy floors, and exactly three guardian calls.
Vault V2 withdrawable-liquidity library, so repayments never count on money the vault cannot actually pay out.
74 Foundry tests: unit, fuzz, invariant, and a pinned-fork lifecycle proof against real Robinhood Chain mainnet state at block 65483446.
Guardian pipeline
A read-only monitor that saves assessments and triggers from onchain state.
Custos, a separate worker and the only process that holds the guardian key. It claims a trigger, simulates the call, signs, and reconciles the receipt against the debt change.
Policy changes need an EIP-191 owner signature, bound to the finalized policy nonce.
Live on Robinhood Chain Testnet
Deployed a CrestAccount from MetaMask and verified its source on Sourcify.
Ran the full lifecycle: configure, supply collateral, borrow and deploy, guardian freeze, guardian repay, owner repay, withdraw.
Custos repaid 6.421094 USDG of a 10.000047 USDG debt in one transaction, with no owner signature.
Moved Custos to a VPS, where it froze borrowing unattended on its first tick.
Product
A landing page with a live Custos console that reads the demo account, a four-step "bad day" sequence, and links to the real receipts.
An account app with a guided five-step setup for first-time users, a dashboard that shows status and LTV first for returning owners, and a read-only look-up for any account.
Every owner transaction is simulated before the wallet opens.
Infrastructure
Web on Vercel; RPC relay, API, monitor, and Custos on a VPS with Docker Compose; Supabase Postgres for evidence.
Chain-tagged deployment manifests that pin every address, code hash, market parameter, and evidence block.
Not raised. Crest is self-funded and built by one founder.
What comes next
Apply for Arbitrum ecosystem grants and Robinhood Chain ecosystem support to fund an external audit of CrestAccount.
Open a pre-seed conversation after the audit and the first mainnet market, with live guarded accounts as traction.
The first two hires will be a smart-contract security engineer and a growth lead for the Robinhood Chain ecosystem.
Open to: audit partners, ecosystem grants, wallets that want to design-partner on guarded borrowing, and other high quality opportunities that can be pursued on!
