DeCleanup Network is an open-source onchain cleanup verification protocol. Communities run cleanup events, participants submit geo-tagged photo evidence, trained verifiers attest onchain, and verified cleanups generate token rewards and Hypercerts as portable impact credentials. The protocol turns physical environmental action into tamper-proof, composable digital assets owned by the people who did the work.
DeCleanup Network started on Arbitrum in V1 as our first onchain deployment, establishing the core submission and verification contract architecture. As development grants from Ethereum for the World, Giveth, Gitcoin, and Octant came in, we used those to build V2 on Base and Celo, adding account abstraction via Pimlico (ERC-4337), Hypercerts impact certificates, a public /api/impact data endpoint, Gardens.fund conviction voting governance, and AI-assisted verification. Today the protocol is live with 13+ verified cleanup events across 5 countries, two community funding proposals executed onchain, and active partners in Japan, Nigeria, Thailand, and Mexico.
Robinhood Chain is the natural next deployment. It is built on the same Arbitrum technology stack our V1 contracts ran on, and its mission of bringing real-world assets onchain at global scale maps directly to what DeCleanup produces: verified, geo-tagged, timestamped environmental impact assets. Every verified cleanup on DeCleanup is a real-world event that can be represented as a tradeable onchain credential, which is exactly what Robinhood Chain is built for.
