Description

Equity Benefit Wallet lets an employer put a stock-linked contractor bonus into an onchain escrow instead of relying on an off-chain promise.

The employer defines the contractor, what done means, the deadline, the USDG funding amount, and the selected Stock Token. Funding converts the test USDG into the selected test Stock Token and locks it in GrantEscrow.

Before the deadline, only the employer can release the funded bonus. If the deadline passes without release, only the named contractor can claim it. There is no cancellation path, admin override, or upgrade path for a funded grant.

The agreement itself is stored onchain: contractor, milestone, deadline, funded amount, selected token, and the fixed stock amount can be read back independently from the chain. This makes the contractor certificate portable across browsers and devices rather than depending on the employer local browser state.

The project is deployed on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain ID 46630). All assets in this demo are mock test contracts and have no value. The swap layer is a deterministic mock adapter on testnet; this submission does not claim production custody, real securities, real USDG, or a production 0x route.

The deployed contract has been source-verified, and a two-wallet end-to-end test against the live deployed contract passed 15/15 checks, including employer-only release, deadline enforcement, contractor-only timeout claim, fixed payout amount, and onchain milestone/funding data.

Progress During Hackathon

Built and deployed the full hackathon MVP end-to-end.

Smart contract: GrantEscrow with a deliberate three-state lifecycle (CREATED , FUNDED , RELEASED), employer-only early release, contractor-only post-deadline claim, immutable deadline, no cancellation path, allowlisted Stock Tokens, exact-token-amount payout invariant, SafeERC20 transfers, exact allowance management, swap slippage/deadline checks, and reentrancy protection.

Frontend: React + TypeScript + Vite. Includes the employer funding flow, review step, live funding progress, contractor certificate, role-aware release/claim actions, onchain agreement data, jurisdiction-demo gate, and responsive editorial UI.

Deployment: GrantEscrow and all demo support contracts deployed and source-verified on Robinhood Chain testnet (chain ID 46630).

Verification: two distinct wallets used in the live testnet flow; GitHub Actions run 36895105073 passed 15/15 end-to-end checks against the deployed contract.

Known demo limitation: testnet mock USDG and mock Stock Tokens only; mock swap adapter; no external security audit; jurisdiction gate is a frontend placeholder and verifies nothing
