Evolved is a complete company operating system for the agent economy - business management in a box that any service business can spin up in one call. franchise_spinup installs a trade pack (pressure washing, line painting, and mobile detailing ship today; add yours in one file) and the whole machine is yours: lead intake by text, voice, or photo-to-quote; a learning rate engine that prices photo-quotes as a confidence-banded range grounded in comparable jobs already in the books, with a profitability check on every price; e-sign acceptance; weather-gated scheduling; FLHA safety with trade-specific hazards and crew sign-off; tiered-OCR receipts with duplicate guards; inventory burn-down; a crew time clock feeding real labor cost into Job P&L; JHAs authored on-site by the crew; a live Google Sheets workbook spine (the identical 20 tabs as CSV with zero credentials); invoicing; and programmable-deposit on-chain settlement in OKB on X Layer (testnet, chainId 1952) via EIP-681 payment requests verified by read-only RPC with replay protection. Evolved never holds keys and cannot move funds. Humans approve only the two money gates.
The proof: Evolved is built from the live operations system of Evolve Eco Blasting, a real Alberta abrasive-blasting company - its actual rates, safety practice, and ball-drop rules run the demo. The agent earns too: a free A2MCP endpoint plus an implemented x402 pay-per-call tier (402 challenge, scheme exact, eip155:1952, settlement receipts) with a live revenue scoreboard at /stats.

Built end-to-end during the hackathon window, in public, with every claim verifiable: v1 (27 MCP tools mirroring the real company's ops system) shipped July 14 with a live endpoint. v2 (July 15) reached full parity plus the OKX-native layer: on-chain invoice settlement on X Layer Testnet with replay protection, an implemented x402 pay-per-call tier, the autonomous lifecycle with two human money gates, photo-to-quote, crew voice commands, the agentic CFO, and trade packs that re-seed the whole OS for any service business in one call. A documented adversarial review pass produced 29 confirmed findings - all fixed and regression-tested (replay protection, e-sign decline finality, break-even flagging). Then the hosted playground shipped: a one-click Judge Mode that runs the entire pitch against the live service from any browser, zero install. 41 passing tests including a live X Layer testnet RPC probe; security hardening (rate limits, body caps, security headers, SECURITY.md threat model); MCP resources and prompts, not just tools.
