EyeLink is an AI-powered platform enhancing accessibility with real-time ASL conversion, travel aid, and smart wearable navigation for people with disabilities.
EyeLink is an innovative accessibility platform designed to empower individuals with disabilities by addressing key challenges in communication, mobility, and independent travel. Developed with inclusivity and real-world applicability in mind, EyeLink serves as a bridge to freedom and dignity for the deaf, mute, visually impaired, and mobility-impaired communities.
One of the core problems EyeLink addresses is the lack of a real-time communication medium for the deaf and mute. The platform features real-time ASL-to-speech and speech-to-ASL conversion, enabling seamless two-way conversations between hearing-impaired users and the public. This feature breaks down long-standing communication barriers, allowing users to navigate daily life, education, and workplaces with confidence and independence.
EyeLink also solves the problem of inaccessible public transport for mobility-impaired individuals. To support individuals who require physical assistance during transit, EyeLink introduces an on-demand Travel Assistant service. Trained personnel can be booked to accompany users on public transport journeys, offering support with navigation, mobility, and communication—ensuring safe and confident travel.
For blind and visually impaired users, especially young people navigating unfamiliar environments, EyeLink provides audio-based navigation, obstacle detection alerts, and intelligent environment recognition, allowing users to move safely and independently.
EyeLink leverages cutting-edge AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies to deliver accurate, adaptive, and context-aware services. With its focus on enhancing autonomy and inclusion, EyeLink is not just a digital tool—it is a movement toward a more accessible and compassionate world.
By enabling real-time communication, smart mobility, and guided navigation, EyeLink redefines what accessibility looks like in the modern era—empowering users to live, travel, and interact on their own terms.

A fully functional web application was built and successfully deployed, providing a user-friendly interface for accessibility features. The ASL (Sign Language to Text) model was integrated and is functioning accurately, enabling real-time sign language translation. An object detection model is operational, supporting navigation assistance for visually impaired users by identifying and alerting obstacles in the environment.
The project is currently bootstrapped, with initial development and deployment funded through personal resources and team contributions. We are in the pre-investment stage and actively exploring opportunities for seed funding and strategic partnerships to scale the platform, enhance AI capabilities, and expand outreach to broader user communities.
