Description

InvoiceRWA is a Real-World Asset (RWA) / RealFi solution that unlocks working capital for SMEs by transforming approved invoices into auditable, on-chain claim rights.

In traditional supply chains, SMEs often deliver goods but must wait 30–90 days to receive payment, causing severe cash-flow pressure. Banks and factoring institutions are reluctant to finance these invoices due to risks such as fake invoices, disputes, and double-financing across multiple lenders. This also impacts buyers and anchor enterprises, as under-capitalized suppliers are more likely to delay or fail deliveries.

InvoiceRWA addresses this problem by introducing a permissioned Invoice Registry that acts as a shared source of truth. Each submitted invoice is hashed and recorded with its lifecycle status and a lien flag to prevent duplicate financing. Once a buyer or anchor approves an invoice, the system mints a Claim Token—a digital certificate representing the right to receive payment. These tokens are transferable only within a whitelisted network of verified banks and anchors.

Settlement in VND happens off-chain through existing banking rails, while the blockchain layer is used for transparent auditing, fraud prevention, and enforcing financing constraints. This hybrid approach ensures regulatory compatibility while preserving the trust and efficiency benefits of blockchain.

InvoiceRWA demonstrates end-to-end flow: KYB-based whitelisting, invoice submission and approval, claim token minting, bank financing with lien and dispute checks, and final redemption. The result is faster liquidity for SMEs, reduced operational and fraud risk for banks, and a more resilient supply chain for buyers.
