What it is
FOUNDRA is a compliance-aware, on-chain financing protocol for real-world asset projects (starting with real estate / construction). It combines AI risk scoring + verifiable on-chain status to help investors fund projects more transparently and help project owners access capital faster.
Problem
Construction/real-estate financing is often slow and trust-heavy:
Hard to verify project legitimacy and progress
Investors can’t easily monitor risk and milestones
Reporting is opaque, fraud risk exists, and cross-border capital is messy
Solution
FOUNDRA standardizes the flow: verify → score → fund → track.
Project owners onboard and submit documents & project details
An AI model generates a risk score and key signals (explainable factors)
Verified projects become eligible for transparent funding
Key lifecycle events are recorded to create auditability and reduce “trust me bro”
How it works (Flow)
Project Owner Onboarding: register project + identity/business verification (KYC/KYB modular per region)
AI Scoring: risk score based on project/issuer signals (e.g., timeline, budget structure, track record, documentation completeness)
Funding: investors fund using stablecoins (asset-agnostic settlement)
Progress Tracking: project updates/milestones are recorded (on-chain events + off-chain proofs) for transparency

AI helps convert messy, real-world project data into a standardized risk signal so investors can compare opportunities and understand risk faster—while on-chain records keep the process auditable.
