GreenAiDEX

GreenAiDEX is an on-chain platform to register, verify, and trade real-world green credits (carbon, water, renewable, green). It supports ERC-1155 orderbook trading and ERC-20 DeFi swaps via AMM.

Description

GreenAiDEX is a decentralized platform that brings real-world environmental credits fully on-chain. It supports four types of credits: Green, Carbon, Water Conservation, and Renewable Energy. The goal of GreenXAI is to make green credit markets transparent, liquid, and accessible to everyone.

In traditional systems, green credits are managed by centralized registries, involve manual verification, and suffer from poor liquidity. GreenXAI solves this by tokenizing verified credits as ERC-1155 tokens, where each credit has on-chain metadata, supply tracking, revocation control, and retirement through burning.

The platform supports two trading models. Large or institutional users can trade ERC-1155 credits directly using an on-chain orderbook with fixed prices and no slippage. For retail users and DeFi use cases, credits can be wrapped into ERC-20 tokens and traded instantly through a Uniswap V2-style AMM, providing continuous liquidity.

GreenXAI also includes a stablecoin settlement layer, a test faucet, and an AI assistant that guides users through registration, minting, wrapping, liquidity provision, and swaps. The AI provides explanations, error insights, and swap confidence scores, while remaining read-only for security.

Built on Mantle L2, GreenAiDEX offers low-cost transactions, transparency, and a complete on-chain lifecycle for environmental credits.

Progress During Hackathon

During the hackathon, I focused on building the core smart contract architecture for GreenAiDEX and making sure the full workflow works end to end. I implemented the Green Credit Registry using ERC-1155, where green, carbon, water conservation, and renewable energy credits can be registered, verified, minted, frozen, and retired fully on-chain. After that, I built the wrapper contract to convert ERC-1155 credits into ERC-20 tokens so they can be used in DeFi. Along with this, I developed two trading systems: an orderbook for directly trading ERC-1155 credits at fixed prices, and an AMM (Uniswap V2 style) for swapping wrapped ERC-20 credits with liquidity pools. I also added a mock USDC faucet to make testing easier during the hackathon. A lot of time went into debugging approvals, receivers, liquidity logic, and swap flows, especially around ERC-1155 compatibility. I tested wrapping, adding liquidity, swapping, and removing liquidity to make sure the contracts work together smoothly. Overall, by the end of the hackathon, the complete lifecycle from credit registration to trading and retirement was working on-chain, and the project was ready for frontend integration and demos.

Fundraising Status

Currently not fundraising. GreenAiDEX is in the early development and testing stage, built during the hackathon to validate the technical architecture and on-chain workflows.
