Enabling near-instant settlement (10 minutes vs. 3–7 days for bank / cash / mobile / card).

Guaranteeing rate stability (via USD-backed stablecoins like USDC).

Backend Workflow:

1. User pays via credit card → fiat converted to USDC via an on-ramp partner like Moonpay.

2. USDC sent via Solana to university’s custodial wallet like Fireblocks.
