The pitch tells the story of a world where AI is growing fast, but access, ownership, trust, and monetization are still controlled by fragmented and centralized systems. Creators, developers, researchers, and businesses are building valuable AI models, agents, datasets, workflows, and digital assets, but they lack a simple, trusted way to protect, publish, license, and earn from what they create. At the same time, businesses need access to reliable AI tools without the cost and complexity of building everything from scratch.

JoyMarketplace solves this by creating a decentralized Web3 marketplace where AI assets can be protected, discovered, licensed, tokenized, and monetized. The platform combines blockchain-backed ownership, smart contracts, AI-powered discovery, ethical scoring, secure transactions, community engagement, and fair monetization tools into one ecosystem.

The vision is to become the Amazon marketplace for AI — a trusted destination where creators can upload and monetize their intelligence, businesses can find and deploy useful AI solutions, and communities can help shape the future of technology.

Progress During Hackathon

Buildathon milestone statement Our immediate buildathon objective is to connect JoyMarketplace to Arbitrum One and prepare the system to use the Arbitrum Nitro stack for scalable smart contract execution. That means we need to complete: 1. Network setup Add Arbitrum One RPC configuration into the JoyMarketplace app. 2. Wallet connection Make sure users can connect wallets and switch to Arbitrum One. 3. Smart contract deployment path Prepare or deploy the first contracts for asset registration, licensing, payments, or ownership records. 4. AI asset workflow Connect the upload/listing flow to blockchain actions, such as hashing an AI model, dataset, or agent and writing proof of ownership to Arbitrum. 5. Marketplace transaction test Run a demo where one user lists an AI asset and another user purchases or licenses access through the Arbitrum-backed flow. 6. Buildathon demo story Show that JoyMarketplace is not just a pitch — it is becoming a working marketplace where AI assets can be protected, discovered, licensed, and monetized.

Fundraising Status

Joy is currently in the **pre-seed stage**, which means we are entering at the ground floor of a major opportunity. We have completed the vision, market positioning, pitch narrative, and early product direction, and we are now raising our first focused round to move from prototype into phase one of the marketplace build. This is the stage where early supporters can have the greatest impact. The technology is timely, the market is forming quickly, and the need is clear: creators need ownership, businesses need trusted AI tools, and communities need a fair way to participate in the AI economy. Our current raise is designed to help us build the core foundation of JoyMarketplace — including the upload flow, ownership protection, marketplace listings, smart contract licensing, and early blockchain integration.
