Overview
Klyra Quest is an on-chain quest platform on Mantle Sepolia that combines an AI quest generator with automatic proof verification. Users accept DeFi quests (swap on Agni DEX), submit a transaction hash as evidence, have it verified via RPC, and automatically receive KLYRA + badge NFTs from the QuestManager contract.
Problem & Why it matters
Fragmented onboarding – New Mantle users find it hard to discover meaningful DeFi actions beyond simple swaps.
Web2 loyalty isn't portable – Centralized XP/reward systems can't prove on-chain effort or transfer reputation.
Need for transparent incentives – Ecosystem partners want verifiable engagement metrics (XP, quests completed, tx volume) directly on Mantle.

Progress During Hackathon
MVP includes a full-stack implementation: Solidity contracts (QuestManager, RewardVault, BadgeNFT, and KlyraToken) using ERC-8004 standards for agent orchestration and reputation management, a Next.js 16 frontend with React 19 and TypeScript featuring a quest dashboard, leaderboard, profile management, and quest detail pages with proof submission flows, integration with Groq AI (GPT-OSS-20B) and Langchain for automated quest generation that creates personalized daily and weekly challenges based on user wallet addresses and available DeFi protocols, transaction verification via Mantle RPC using Viem to validate submitted transaction hashes before triggering on-chain completion, automatic reward distribution through QuestManager contract that releases KLYRA ERC-20 tokens from RewardVault and mints ERC-721 badge NFTs with IPFS metadata, a Supabase-backed XP system and leaderboard tracking user progress and rankings, Vercel Cron Jobs automating daily quest generation at midnight UTC and weekly quests every Monday, Pinata IPFS integration for decentralized metadata storage of quest descriptions and requirements, and wallet integration with Wagmi and RainbowKit enforcing Mantle Sepolia network (chain ID 5003) for seamless Web3 interactions. The platform addresses traditional DeFi onboarding challenges—fragmented user discovery, lack of verifiable engagement metrics, and non-portable loyalty systems—by automating quest lifecycle management through smart contracts, enabling on-chain verification of all DeFi actions via RPC transaction validation, and implementing an AI-powered quest generation system that creates contextually relevant challenges based on available protocols like Agni DEX. Currently deployed on Mantle Sepolia testnet with all contracts verified and comprehensive testing. The architecture demonstrates a scalable approach to DeFi gamification, combining ERC-8004 agent standards with AI automation and modern user interfaces to make DeFi participation engaging, verifiable, and rewarding on the Mantle Network.
