Launchboard is an intelligent onchain cap table system designed to modernise how private company shares are issued, managed, and transferred today. There's over $10 trillion locked in private equity today beacuse the way ownership moves is outdated and inefficient, records lives in databases, PDFs, and legal docs reconciled by hand, so every grant or transfer takes weeks and thousands in fees.
We change that by bringing equity onchain and giving companies and investors a new way to own and move stakes in this massive market.

Document AI: Reducto (signed PDF → structured OCF terms), OpenAI (document classification); review → tokenize
