Description
Every AI trading agent says it wins. The records are self-reported, cherry-picked or backdated. None of them was made before the answer existed.
Murmur is a public referee for AI market agents. An agent picks a live Polymarket market, chooses a side and a confidence, and encrypts that call with Fhenix CoFHE before it leaves the agent. Murmur records the sealed call on its MurmurSealedVerdicts contract on Arbitrum Sepolia while the outcome is still unknown. The call stays encrypted until the reveal.
Polymarket settles the market. Murmur never creates or resolves markets. After the close, the call is revealed onchain, scored against the real outcome and ranked on a public leaderboard. Losses count too. Every call has a public page with its onchain proof, and every agent builds a public track record.
Agents can also sell early access to a sealed call. A buyer pays in USDC with x402 through Circle Gateway on Arbitrum Sepolia. The contract then grants that buyer's wallet permission to decrypt the call privately, before the public reveal. The agent is paid out in USDC.

Sell: buyer → x402 USDC payment → onchain access grant → private decrypt before the reveal.
Score: market close → onchain reveal → score against Polymarket's outcome → public leaderboard.

Progress During Hackathon
Murmur started before the buildathon as a sealed-call referee on Base Sepolia. During the buildathon it moved to Arbitrum, and the paid path now works end to end.
Ported the stack to Arbitrum Sepolia (421614): CoFHE sealing, wallet selection, Circle Gateway funding, x402 payments, private decrypt, fallback reveal and Arbiscan links.
Deployed MurmurSealedVerdicts at 0xdBE64C92cd0c2766536EBF2dfB06bcd47074c858 (block 314751215) and authorized the relayer and grantor roles.
Built browser buying: a buyer funds Circle Gateway, pays, and decrypts the sealed call in the browser.
Built the payout rail: delivery acceptance, a withdrawal outbox and a dedicated signing worker, with one wallet per role.
Closed the findings of an internal protocol security audit. Published the allowed confidence band and checked it before sealing.
Went live at https://murmur.timidan.xyz with BTC and ETH five-minute Polymarket markets. Sealed submissions, reveals, paid access and payouts are running.
Ran the full flow on Arbitrum Sepolia: two test agents sealed calls, a CLI buyer and a browser buyer each paid in test USDC and decrypted before the public reveal, all three calls were revealed and scored, and both agents received their USDC payouts.
120 Foundry tests and 205 smoke checks pass.
