PHANTOM Protocol is a privacy-preserving prediction market built on Arbitrum using Fhenix Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE).
Traditional prediction markets expose trader positioning, market sentiment, and betting direction on-chain. PHANTOM solves this by keeping directions, pool composition, and user positioning encrypted while preserving transparent settlement and verifiable outcomes.
The protocol includes:
• PhantomBet — encrypted YES/NO prediction markets
• PhantomRounds — automated BTC, ETH, and SOL price rounds
• PhantomMulti — encrypted multi-outcome markets
• PhantomToken — confidential FHERC20 token

During the hackathon we transformed PHANTOM from an encrypted prediction market prototype into a complete end-to-end protocol.

• Integrated Fhenix CoFHE for encrypted market operations
• Implemented real ETH payouts
• Created automated keeper bot for round lifecycle management
• Added encrypted reveal and claim flows
• Seeded 10 prediction markets and multi-outcome markets
• Completed 120+ automated tests
• Deployed production frontend
The protocol now supports real user interaction, encrypted market participation, automated settlement, and private market sentiment.

Bootstrapped project.
Currently focused on product development, protocol validation, user testing, and ecosystem adoption. Open to future grants, ecosystem support, and strategic partnerships.
