Description

PhoenixOracleRegistry on Arbitrum Sepolia (0xD394f...7B15) — on-chain oracle publishing sequencer health snapshots for DeFi agents. Not "what's the price?" — "is it safe to send NOW?"

Three-layer ground truth: L1 Physical (eBPF XDP, TCP RTT at nanosecond precision) → L2 Infrastructure (RPC latency, block lag) → L3 Execution (revert ratio, gas spikes). Phoenix detects degradation at L1, giving agents Z milliseconds of decision advantage before L3 fails. Proven: May 31 MEV war detected 3 minutes before crash via Frobenius norm divergence.

12 chains monitored every 2 seconds. 12×12 cross-chain Pearson correlation matrix. eBPF XDP prog 6293 + LSM Guard prog 59 in production kernel. BLAKE3+Ed25519 integrity signing on all telemetry. v5.6.2 security hardened (44 vulnerabilities audited, 2 rounds independent review).

Four distribution channels: x402 micropayment API ($0.01 USDC/call), MCP Server (npm: phoenix-mcp-server v1.2.0, M8ven Verified Publisher), RPC Gateway proxy, WebSocket real-time feed.

$0.09 USDC revenue — 9 settlements from 5 independent wallets on Base mainnet (verified on Blockscout). 951 unique IPs, 49K+ requests. AI agents discovering autonomously: M8ven Trust Index, Coppice endpoint monitoring.
