Plastrack ( Mobile app link ) PPT is a gamified platform designed to tackle India's plastic waste and infrastructure crisis by incentivizing citizens to report trash via a user-friendly app. The solution leverages AI to create real-time heatmaps of waste hotspots, optimize collection routes for municipalities (ULBs), and recommend high-value recycling options. Key features include:
Smart Reporting: Users upload trash photos, which AI analyzes to classify waste and generate reports.
Incentives: Earn tokens for reports, redeemable for discounts, recycled products, or tree-planting initiatives.
Hotspot Tracking: Color-coded maps pressure ULBs to prioritize cleanup, with automated truck dispatch for severe areas.
Gamification: Leaderboards and points motivate community participation.

Key Achievements: Developed an AI-powered waste intelligence system using Google Cloud Vision and Gemini AI, achieving >85% accuracy in classifying waste materials and auto-suggesting optimal disposal/recycling methods. Implemented dynamic hotspot mapping via Google Maps API to visualize and prioritize trash clusters (Red/Amber/Green) with real-time municipal alerts for high-density zones. Built a gamified community engagement platform featuring a token rewards system (Firebase Auth + Cloudinary) for user reports, along with a Flutter mobile app incorporating leaderboards and NGO tree-planting goals. Established stakeholder integration by connecting waste generators with recyclers through a Prisma ORM-managed PostgreSQL database.
