The decentralized asset manager: anyone can run a DeFi strategy for friends and family, who join with Apple Pay or Google Pay and no wallet. Live on Arbitrum One and Robinhood Chain.
Pool Party is an on-chain investment fund anyone can create. The manager decides, the contract holds the money, and nobody ever hands their money to anyone.
The problem: people want someone they trust to invest for them, a friend who gets crypto or a professional manager. Today the options are handing over custody, copy trading, or curated vaults whose rules depend on people. Only 1 in 10 crypto owners has ever used DeFi, because doing it alone is a nightmare.
Any protocol, one rulebook: in Pool Party every DeFi protocol is an adapter. A strategy can combine blue chips like Uniswap, Aave, Morpho, GMX and Pendle, or brand-new protocols that are far less battle-tested. Any protocol can be plugged in. That choice belongs to the manager, and the risk is shown to investors before they join.
The mandate is immutable: when a manager creates a fund, they set its mandate (which protocols and chains it can touch, the strategy, caps and fees). Once the mandate is set, it can never be changed, not even by the manager. Anything outside it simply cannot happen, so investors always know exactly what their money can and cannot do.
For investors: sign in with Google, pay with Apple Pay or a card, and receive fund shares. No wallet setup, no gas, no seed phrase. Every step also has a public, permissionless path, so the fund keeps working without Pool Party.
Traction: v1 has been live for a year and a half, mostly on Arbitrum One, with TVL peaking at 500K USD, all organic, with no venture funding. The protocol runs on its own fees. After deploying on Robinhood Chain during this Buildathon, users grew over 10% in two weeks with zero paid marketing.
Built during the Buildathon: Pool Party v2, shipped on mainnet. The fund's books live on Arbitrum One and positions run on Robinhood Chain with USDG. Across moves the capital and Wormhole carries value reports between chains. Next: the audit, the API, and pluggable AI managers.
