During this hackathon, the following milestones were completed for the Proof-of-Reasoning (POR) subnet:

- Defined the structured proof submission format for miner outputs.

- Designed validator scoring rubric across three dimensions:

- Modeled median consensus aggregation logic for collusion resistance.
