Description
ShiftLedger is AI-validated stablecoin payroll for industrial shift workers.
Problem
Factories across Southeast Asia still pay shift workers through slow bank rails. Workers often wait for wages and have no portable proof of payment. HR teams still reconcile payroll by hand from CSV files.
Solution
1. Upload a shift roster (CSV)
2. Payroll Intelligence Agent validates hours, rates, and wallets
3. Employer settles the full batch in one stablecoin transaction on Ethereum Sepolia
4. Each worker gets an immutable on-chain receipt tied to shift period, role, and payroll hash
Why Industrial 5.0
Humans stay in control. AI assists the payroll clerk with compliance flags such as overtime. Blockchain settles wages and gives workers verifiable proof.

Progress During Hackathon
Built ShiftLedger from scratch during ChainHack 2026 (new repo, not recycled).
Shipped during the hackathon:
- Solidity contracts: ShiftLedger batch settle + MockUSDC (sUSD) on Sepolia
- Payroll Intelligence Agent with policy checks, overtime flags, and payroll integrity hash
- React app with employer Payroll flow and worker Receipts
- One-click Run payroll flow for judges
- Contract tests + GitHub Actions CI
- Live deployment and public demo video
Current status: working Sepolia prototype. Ready for demo day and a first factory pilot conversation.
Fundraising Status
No fundraising yet. Solo student build for ChainHack 2026.
Next step after the hackathon is to pursue a small pilot with a manufacturing or logistics partner in Malaysia / SEA, then explore regulated stablecoin off-ramp partners. Open to mentor and ecosystem introductions.
