- Project concept finalized: SolAIra, AI-generated NFTs on Solana - Tech stack decided: Solana blockchain, Metaplex, React, OpenAI API - Project environment setup started (Hardhat/Metaplex and frontend) - Initial design sketches and user flow drafted
