TOM

TOM is a trading terminal being built specifically for Robinhood Chain, with Web and Telegram interfaces. Its goal is to connect asset discovery, trade preparation and execution in one product, with checks before signing and clear records of what happened after a trade.

THE PROBLEM

Trading tools often focus on finding an asset and submitting a transaction. Users also need to understand whether a trade fits their permissions, why it was accepted or rejected, and how the actual result compares with the quote.

THE PRODUCT

TOM combines a consumer trading experience with an execution core:

• TOM Core: Intent → Policy → Guard → Simulation → Execution → Receipt.
• Guard: 18 rules used to evaluate trades before signing.
• Execution records: quoted and actual output linked to the corresponding transaction.
• Smart-account execution: session permissions, sponsored gas and onchain revocation demonstrated in supervised founder tests.
• Decision ledger and kill switches: tested on Robinhood Chain testnet.
• Guard API and MCP: read-only access to Guard evaluations, tested with Claude Code.

MAINNET EVIDENCE

The execution core has completed founder-test swaps on Robinhood Chain mainnet, including a Telegram bot transaction and smart-account trades through technical test pages inside Telegram on iPhone and Android.

CURRENT STAGE

TOM is in private founder/team testing and hardening before public launch. Mainnet tests use small, capped amounts. These transactions demonstrate technical progress, not user traction.

The public Web Terminal, Mini App and Academy are interactive prototypes. Execution Proof v1 is implemented in code, with further validation pending. Security work has involved internal red-team and AI-assisted reviews; no external audit has been completed.

ROADMAP

Planned capabilities include Smart Trade automation, conversational trade planning, TOM Check and support for tokenized real-world assets. These are future development areas.

Since September 14, TOM has progressed from a server-wallet execution prototype to founder-tested smart-account trading on Robinhood Chain mainnet.

On September 18, a live Telegram bot run swapped 2 USDG for ETH through TOM's execution pipeline. The transaction was confirmed in 5.4 seconds from the API request, with actual output approximately 8 basis points below the quote.

On September 19–20, we completed smart-account trades using session keys and sponsored gas, including an iPhone test through a technical page inside Telegram, followed by onchain permission revocation.

We then added live-tested kill switches and a hash-chained decision ledger on testnet, mainnet execution reporting, and a read-only Guard API with MCP access tested using Claude Code.

On September 25, an Android test completed permission approval, a 2 USDG trade and revocation. Subsequent attempts using the revoked key were rejected onchain.

Before the Buildathon, TOM already had its initial execution pipeline, Guard rules and early mainnet tests. Current work focuses on hardening and validating Execution Proof v1. Public consumer interfaces remain prototypes. All reported transactions are founder tests, not user traction.
