Description
ToKasa is a pioneering Web3 platform built on StarkNet that transforms the traditional vacation property investment model. It tokenizes financial participation contracts in Airbnb-style properties, enabling investors to seamlessly receive a monthly income through automated smart contracts. By eliminating intermediaries, ToKasa offers a transparent and efficient method for individuals to access real-world income opportunities via blockchain technology.
Focused on practicality and regulatory compliance, ToKasa divides its offerings into two distinct lines. With KasaStart, the platform assists projects in pre-financing vacation properties on the cusp of profitability, while KasaShare tokenizes future revenue from established properties to provide liquidity and consistent returns. This innovative model ensures investors benefit from a secure, traceable, and frictionless experience on a robust blockchain ecosystem.

Progress During Hackathon
In the hackathon I was able to build the base contracts and their screens, however, due to time constraints I could only link the profile and property registration to these. By using scaffold starknet, you can test the mining functions. I was missing basic but important things such as: monthly income registration for the host and profit distribution simulation. In the coming weeks I will be developing this project on onlydust since I'm going to create a company in Costa Rica to bring this dApp to mainnet. I was working from day 1 of the hackathon but I'm learning and couldn't complete more development. I wanted to do this since I'm currently unemployed, however I will continue working hard on onlydust.
