Treasury Copilot

Treasury Copilot is a non-custodial bookkeeping service for autonomous agents on X Layer. Agents prove wallet ownership with an EIP-191 signature, then receive revenue, expense, gas-burn, runway, and exportable statement reports from live on-chain history. The Copilot layer turns raw balances into actionable warnings such as low runway or customer concentration.
It exposes five MCP tools through a live A2MCP endpoint. Registration and runway are free and detailed reports use x402 pay-per-call payments in USD₮0. The caller signs an EIP-3009 authorization, OKX’s hosted facilitator settles it on X Layer, and the report is returned with an on-chain receipt. Treasury Copilot never receives a private key or takes custody of user funds.
The live product has completed three confirmed x402 settlements, including a cold end-to-end call by an agent with no repository access. OKX Agent ID: 5863.

Built during the hackathon:

• Shipped a strict TypeScript A2MCP server with five bookkeeping tools and EIP-191 wallet-ownership verification.
• Built a read-only X Layer indexer for USD₮0/USDG transfers, OKB gas, revenue, expenses, runway, and statements.
• Integrated x402 exact/EIP-3009 payments through OKX’s hosted facilitator.
• Hardened the payment path with prechecks before charge, tool/resource binding, durable PostgreSQL receipts, timeout polling, idempotent recovery, and delivery after confirmed settlement.
• Deployed the public MCP service on Fly.io and a Next.js/React dashboard with live insights.
• Hand-verified report totals against chain receipts and confirmed three live settlements, including one cold-agent call completed without repository access.
• Reached 100 passing tests and a clean build; registered OKX Agent 5863 and submitted its ASP listing for review.
