WCAI — World Cup AI Command Centre

WCAI is a World Cup AI Command Centre for fans who want to make smarter, explainable fantasy and tactical decisions during the 2026 World Cup.

The product combines source-labelled tournament intelligence, player profiles, squad construction, match context and an AI football consultant in one workflow. Managers can ask Gemini for matchup analysis, player replacement ideas or a formation-specific XI. WCAI distinguishes conversation from action: it only creates a lineup or transfer proposal when the user explicitly asks, validates the proposal against formation, budget and roster constraints, and requires a final confirmation before changing the squad.

WCAI uses Gemini Agent Skills to classify intent and generate grounded recommendations. Its MCP server validates confirmed lineups and single-player transfers, then writes durable, replay-safe action receipts to the Manager Ledger.

Injective is integrated as product infrastructure, not as a cosmetic add-on. WCAI includes a wallet-signed x402 path on Injective EVM Testnet for premium access, plus a transparent 30-minute Hackathon Demo checkout for reviewers. The demo is visibly marked as simulated, charges 0 USDC and creates an auditable receipt. CCTP is used for a Sepolia-to-Injective testnet USDC flow: the backend verifies the burn, Circle attestation and matching Injective mint before granting a one-time fantasy budget credit.

Tournament HQ covers 48 teams, fixtures, brackets, squad intelligence and source-labelled live overlays. WCAI is non-custodial, testnet-only and never requests a wallet seed phrase or private key.

Built and shipped a functional end-to-end MVP during the hackathon.

• Security hardening: HttpOnly sessions, CSRF protection, JWT revocation, one-time recovery codes, rate limits and one-time payment receipt consumption.

• 28 backend regression tests, production frontend build, npm audit and pip audit passing.

Current finalization work focuses on public deployment, demo submission materials and judge onboarding.

Not fundraising. WCAI is currently a bootstrapped hackathon project built for the Injective Global Cup. We are open to ecosystem feedback, pilot users and future collaboration after the hackathon.
