X-RAI

Description

X-RAI began as a simple X-ray visualizer (forked), but evolved into a next-generation onchain AI medical diagnostic experience. It combines 3D medical visualization, AI-powered analysis, and Web3 technologies such as MetaMask Smart Accounts, ERC-7710 delegation, and verifiable medical NFTs to deliver a secure, gasless, and interactive consultation flow.

Users can upload their face, explore interactive 3D X-ray scans, and receive real-time AI medical analysis — all enhanced through onchain verification, privacy-preserving AI access, and performance-based achievement minting.

Built with Next.js, Three.js, MetaMask SDK, and Monad testnet, X-RAI demonstrates how AI and blockchain can merge to create a new category of transparent, gamified, and verifiable healthcare experiences — transforming what started as a visual demo into a fully functional, AI-driven, onchain consultation platform.

Progress During Hackathon

During the hackathon, I transformed X-RAI from a simple 3D X-ray visualizer into a complete onchain AI consultation system. Key progress highlights: Integrated MetaMask Smart Accounts for gasless medical consultations Implemented ERC-7710 delegation, enabling AI assistants to operate under user-controlled permissions Deployed AI diagnostic workflows on the Monad testnet, achieving sub-second interactions Added Envio HyperSync analytics to index AI consultation results in real time Built a verifiable achievement NFT system, turning AI performance into onchain medical credentials Enhanced UI/UX for a seamless Web3 + AI experience, while maintaining our ENHANCEMENT FIRST design principle In short, we went from a static visual demo to a fully enhanced, interactive onchain medical AI ecosystem, achieving real AI-Web3 synergy within the hackathon timeframe.
