Zona allows users to trade, borrow, and manage leverage for tokenized stocks on Robinhood Chain.

Live today: ZonaLend. Holders supply Stock Tokens (SGOV, SPY, QQQ, NVDA, AAPL, META, SPCX) as collateral and borrow USDG without selling. USDG suppliers earn the interest borrowers pay. Borrowing is open 24/5, from Sunday 8 PM to Friday 8 PM ET, mainnet live on Robinhood since 24 September 2026. ZonaTrade. Spot trading links to official uniswap V3 pools, and leverage trading is a slider that allows user to open, manage, or close leveraged stock positions.

Built for stocks, not adapted from crypto. Each stock is isolated collateral with its own debt ceiling. To ensure safety of funds deposited on ZonaLend, borrowing against a stock pauses automatically during corporate actions or when its price feed is unhealthy, and reopens only after sustained healthy checks.

The problem we are solving next. Taking a leveraged stock position today means moving between a lending app and an exchange, repeating transactions and recalculating risk by hand. Zona brings it into one workspace: pick a stock, choose spot or leverage, set a target on a slider, and see position size, equity, liquidation price and borrowing cost before signing.

Why Robinhood Chain. It is where tokenized stocks trade onchain, with DEX liquidity and Robinhood backing. What is missing is everything after the purchase: holders cannot yet borrow against their stocks or trade them with leverage. Zona fills that gap.

Progress During Hackathon

[Sep 24 to Oct 22] Live on Robinhood Chain mainnet 1. ZonaLend: live on Robinhood Chain mainnet since 24 Sep 2026. Supply Stock Tokens as collateral, borrow USDG. 2. 24/5 borrowing: Borrowing is open whenever the Chainlink stock price feeds are updating, Sunday 8 PM to Friday 8 PM ET, and closed over the weekend when prices are stale. Supplying, repaying and withdrawing stay open throughout. 3. Corporate-action safety: An onchain reporter watches for stock splits and dividend adjustments and pauses borrowing against the affected stock until its token and price feed have both updated, then reopens it after a period of healthy checks. In beta and testing 4. Stock trading: Spot buying and selling of Stock Tokens against USDG through Uniswap. 5. Leveraged trading: A guided flow that combines ZonaLend and Uniswap: borrow USDG, buy the stock, supply it as collateral, with a matching path to reduce or close. [Oct 23 to Oct 24] Made changes to tagline and future directions, including allowing stock borrowing.
