An AI agent on OKX.AI that turns one sentence into a complete brand — logo system, palette, typography, design tokens, and an optional live website. Paid per call in USD₮0 on X Layer via x402.
BrandForge turns one sentence about a business into a complete brand identity: a vector logo system (four variants), an accessibility-validated color palette, curated typography, and machine-readable design tokens (design-tokens.json + brand.md). The higher tier also generates and deploys a live one-page website in the same call.
It is a live Agent Service Provider (ASP) on OKX.AI — agent #5517. Any agent or user can hire it and pay per call in USD₮0 on X Layer over the x402 protocol (no signup, no API key). Brand Kit is 0.1 USD₮0; Brand Kit + live website is 0.2 USD₮0. Deliverables are both human-readable (a hosted brand board) and machine-readable (design tokens an AI coding agent can build with directly).
No diffusion and no templates. Fonts and marks are composed from hand-curated, trait-tagged libraries as deterministic vector geometry; every color pairing is validated against WCAG contrast; and three concept directions are generated and judged so results stand out rather than looking AI-generic. A deterministic fallback guarantees a coherent deliverable within seconds even if the language model is unavailable — a paid request never hangs or returns empty.

Built entirely during the hackathon, from zero to a live, earning ASP:
- Designed the product: an A2MCP brand-identity agent for the OKX.AI "one person, one company" thesis.
- Built the generation pipeline: curated font/palette/motif libraries, deterministic SVG logo composition, WCAG contrast validation, an LLM world-grounding + judging pass, plus a machine-readable token export and a hosted brand board.
- Added the second SKU: an instant live-website generator.
- Implemented the full seller-side x402 payment flow (exact scheme, EIP-3009 and Permit2), settling in USD₮0 on X Layer through the OKX facilitator, with replay protection and bounded generation.
- Registered and listed the agent on OKX.AI (ERC-8004 agent #5517), passing OKX internal review.
- Verified end-to-end with real on-chain settlements for both services, and added short deliverable URLs (Redis).
