BRICKBYTE is a Web3-powered micro real estate investment platform designed to revolutionize how individuals invest in property. Leveraging blockchain technology, BRICKBYTE enables fractional ownership of real estate assets, allowing users to invest small amounts and still gain exposure to the property market. The platform is built entirely using React, Tailwind CSS, and ethers.js, ensuring a fast, responsive, and highly secure user experience without relying on frameworks like Next.js or TypeScript.
Users can connect their crypto wallets (such as MetaMask) to the platform, browse tokenized property listings, and invest directly using cryptocurrency. Each property is represented as an NFT or smart contract-based asset, ensuring transparent, tamper-proof ownership records. The intuitive interface includes dynamic dashboards that allow users to monitor their portfolio, check real-time values, and view transaction history.
A standout feature of BRICKBYTE is its integrated AI assistant, which helps users discover investment opportunities based on budget, risk profile, and location preferences. This AI assistant streamlines the decision-making process and adds a personalized touch to the investment experience.

During the hackathon, our team hit the ground running with a clear vision for BRICKBYTE, and we’re thrilled to say we’ve brought that vision to life almost entirely within the hackathon timeframe. We began by designing and deploying the ERC-1155 smart contracts for fractional real estate ownership, fully tested on the Sepolia Testnet. The Supabase backend was set up to handle user wallet data, property listings, and transaction records seamlessly. In the frontend, we developed a clean, entirely responsive UI with React 18, Tailwind CSS, and ethers.js. Important functionalities such as wallet connection, live property listings, and portfolio handling were implemented efficiently. The marketplace is now live with interactive cards, filtering, and modals for purchasing/selling tokens. To mimic real-time AI valuation, we created a mock AI module with mock data and linear regression logic in Python, exposing an API that makes dynamic predictions. This is already live on the platform, providing judges and users with a feel of real-time analytics. We also included a Staking & Governance section, enabling users to stake their tokens (mocked) and vote on dummy proposals—engaging Web3 community features. All demo transactions are seamless with clean confirmations and feedback. The platform is polished, runs smoothly, and tells a whole story—onboarding to investment to earning. From smart contracts to UI to AI, BRICKBYTE is almost feature-complete and ready for showtime. Judges can test it live and experience the future of real estate investing now.
