Our idea is to develop a blockchain-based web application that revolutionizes the donation process between a donor and NGOs by making it more transparent, secure, and efficient.

Joint Accounts: The donors can create joint accounts with their respective NGOs with shared access to one private key securely, while having individual passwords for better security.

Transparent Transactions: The donors can deposit money in their account with ease, while the NGOs have the facility to withdraw the same money with large-scale transparency.

Transaction Bills: There is the ability to automatically add transaction bills stored securely on the blockchain. These bills are pending while waiting for the actual bill to be uploaded for accountability.

Signature Scanning: More advanced signature scanning with machine learning bolsters verification and security around transactions.

Real-Time Notifications: Donors and NGOs alike will get real-time notifications regarding updates on a transaction, thus fostering better relationships.

Smart Contracts: Automating donation splits upon the attainment of milestones by NGOs such that the requirement for the release of funds is only when an actual goal has been achieved.

Methodology :

This blockchain-based donation platform will implement state-of-the-art cryptographic algorithms, machine learning models, and decentralized storage techniques in its methodology. These shall be utilized to facilitate a secure, transparent, and efficient donation process.

The platform is initiated with joint accounts between the donor and NGO, secured via the SHA-3 algorithm, which was created to provide strong cryptographic hashing in such a way as to protect private keys, passwords, and transaction data. This ensures that all sensitive information remains secure and immutable on the blockchain, safeguarding it against tampering and unauthorized access.

More security and verification rely on Convolutional Neural Networks. Advanced signature verification makes use of a class of CNN known as Siamese Networks in order to identify and match a specific signature; therefore, only transactions that are truly authorized will be processed. This AI-powered approach drastically limits the possibility of fraud because of its robust and real-time verification of the signatures.

The platform utilizes IPFS with cryptography to store transaction records and related data. Data on IPFS is hashed using the SHA-3 algorithm for ensured security and easy retrieval. In this platform, Kademlia DHT is employed to efficiently manage and locate data within the decentralized IPFS network, ensuring that the records are stored in a distributed and redundant manner.
