Description
The Payroll DApp is a decentralized application built on the Mantle network that simplifies recurring payment management. This blockchain-based platform allows users to set up automated payments with customizable intervals and secure fund management through smart contracts.
The application features two distinct interfaces: an administrative dashboard for authorized wallet addresses and a user interface for regular participants. Using MetaMask for secure wallet connections, users can deposit funds, schedule payments, and track transactions transparently.
Progress During Hackathon
After thorough requirements gathering and architectural design, the Recurring Payment Smart Contract project moved on through a methodical development lifecycle. The team concentrated on developing a strong blockchain solution for automated recurring payments by utilising OpenZeppelin's security libraries and gas-efficient techniques. Developing essential features like payment setup, processing, and management—with a focus on owner-controlled access and sophisticated error handling—was one of the major turning points.
