SN DeltaRisk is a proof of intelligence subnet built on Bittensor that focuses on generating actionable on chain risk intelligence. Miners compete to analyze smart contracts, wallets, and transactions and submit probabilistic assessments of future risk events such as rug pulls, malicious approvals, and privileged behavior. Validators evaluate these submissions using delayed outcome based scoring, ensuring that token emissions reward genuine insight rather than static heuristics or raw compute.
The subnet introduces a novel delayed truth revelation mechanism that aligns incentives across miners and validators while discouraging copying, overconfidence, and consensus chasing. This design allows risk intelligence to improve continuously through competition and specialization. SN DeltaRisk is well suited to the Bittensor ecosystem because it treats reasoning under uncertainty as a digital commodity and provides a clear path to real world adoption through wallets, protocols, and DAOs.
During the hackathon, we designed the full subnet architecture including miner and validator roles, incentive mechanisms, and anti adversarial safeguards. We formalized the delayed truth revelation scoring model and defined structured input and output schemas for miner submissions. We also developed a clear Stage II execution plan outlining how the subnet can be implemented and validated on the Bittensor testnet.
The project is currently submission ready for Stage I, with a polished design proposal and a well scoped path toward functional testnet execution.
