We are introducing a platform wherein opportunities meet trust and transparency. Herein, the users create tamper free profiles stored in IPFS, whereas, the recruiters post opportunities backed by secure Ethereum smart contracts. Therefore, significantly minimizing the risk of being conned.
With an unprecedented rise in the number of scams, mainly within the web3 ecosystem, centered around the recruiters or job providers conning people into hacking their blockchain wallet through sharing a fake assignment/project link, etc. There is a crucial need to introduce a platform wherein the users can trust the hiring process and protect their career prospects.
TalentBlock, serves as a safe haven for all its users, be it job seekers, freelancers, job providers/recruiters. With its robust ideology of transparency and security, it ensures that all profiles, jobs and payments are safe guarded through a process wherein the recruiters post a job posting, transferring 20% of the total project amount to an escrow contract, which is decentralized and cannot be tampered. Now, if the recruiter finds a good match for the gig then the escrow contract transfers the 20% of total project amount to the freelancer/jobseeker's account after they complete the first phase of the project and later get paid for subsequent phases. Furthermore, if the recruiter fails to find a good match then the escrow amount will get refunded to the recruiter's account. Therefore, TalentBlock offers a credible and reliable approach to finding/posting job opportunities.
TalentBlock seeks to earn revenue by deducting a fee of 3% from each transaction between the recruiters and job seekers/freelancers—a low, competitive rate compared to other platforms.
• Adding multiple payment options: Enable recruiters to pay the job seekers/freelancers in various stablecoins and tokens like USDT, USDC, WBTC, and WSOL, offering more flexibility and making the process altogether more convenient
