  • Assists with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboards new hires, including processing paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Administers employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
