Job Title: Outsourcing Business Development Expert (BPO)

Salary: ₱60,000 - ₱70,000 /month

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Manila Time (Day Shift)

Setup: Remote


About the Job: As an Outsourcing Business Development Expert, you will be responsible for identifying

and securing new business opportunities by selling outsourcing solutions to potential clients.

You will play a key role in driving the company’s revenue growth, building strong relationships,

and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify, target, and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities in

the Outsourcing sector.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and company

objectives.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential new

markets.

Prepare and present customized Outsourcing solutions to clients based on their specific

needs.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients to close deals.

Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure client

requirements are met.

Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics using CRM

tools.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the

company’s services.

Stay updated on Outsourcing industry trends and developments.


Qualifications:


Proven experience in sales, and business development within the Remote Staffing

industry.

Strong knowledge of Outsourcing services and solutions, with the ability to understand

client needs.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
