Community Operations Officer

Job Description

The Community Operations Officer handles and/or performs day-to-day tasks/activities and deliverables (timeliness, completeness and compliance) of Community Relations unit, from pre-to-post-delivery/construction of ALVEO projects.  He/she is responsible for safekeeping, gathering and/or preparing Community Relations-related data/information, documents, and records relevant to ALVEO projects.



Job Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Mass Communications, Journalism, Communication Arts or any course with communication, property or real estate background
• 4-5 years relevant experience in real estate development firms or other related industries. May accept fresh graduate with good scholastic record and  with leadership potential.
• Proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written, presentation and negotiation skills  
• With Critical thinking/, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly/proficient in various software applications such as SAP, Smart Sheets, MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or other accounting software/application.
• With business/financial acumen in relation to community relations, client services market/competition trends, and business processes/operations . 
• Can deal with and handle non-critical to critical (low) complex/critical problems relevant to community relations.
• Familiar in all ALVEO product lines with strong business, community relations, sales/marketing and financial sense.
• With leadership skills/, proactive, result-driven and process approach mindset with proven track record in driving and achieving business objectives and results.
• Very/keen on details specifically on different aspects of community relations.
• Highly/proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, and teams.  
• Demonstrates Emotional Intelligence (EQ), maturity, professionalism and resourcefulness.
