The Partner Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with KOL networks, MCNs, and marketing agencies to drive the growth of Shopee’s affiliate program. This role will focus on expanding Shopee’s KOL acquisition pipeline, fostering strong relationships with key partners, and ensuring long-term collaboration success.

Partner Acquisition & Network Expansion
- Identify and onboard KOL networks, MCNs, and marketing agencies to drive affiliate recruitment.
- Build and execute strategic partnership initiatives to attract high-value KOLs.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and incentive structures to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Work closely with partners to acquire and activate high-potential influencers on Shopee’s affiliate program.
- Analyze partner performance and optimize strategies to improve engagement and retention.
- Support partners in structuring their own KOL acquisition funnel to increase their contribution to Shopee.
- Establish strong working relationships with MCNs and agencies to ensure ongoing collaboration.
- Provide partners with training, insights, and data to enhance their effectiveness.
- Develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded opportunities to boost engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, or business development, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
- Strong network and understanding of KOL ecosystems, MCNs, and influencer agencies in the Philippines.
- Proven experience in negotiation, contract management, and strategic partnerships.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze partnership performance and optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
