Game Developer

We are looking for a GAME DEVELOPER! ????

In this role you will be responsible for coding features of the game, fixing bugs, and troubleshooting design issues. You may also be tasked to help develop storylines, characters, levels, puzzles, and contribute to the overall game concept.

To ensure success as a video game developer, you should have strong design skills, in-depth knowledge of coding software, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

➤ Meeting with the design team to discuss game concepts.

➤ Communicating effectively with team members and other departments.

➤ Translating design ideas into a functional game code.

➤ Coding the base script of a given design feature.

➤ Understanding game development pipeline milestones.

➤ Troubleshooting code and fixing bugs.

➤ Creating game specifications according to the game design.

Requirements:

➤ A bachelor’s degree in game programming, IT or computer science.

➤ Experience with game development life cycle.

➤ Proficient with C# programming languages and concepts such as:

• Interfaces
• Generics
• Linq
• Asynchronous Programming
• Object Oriented Programing
• Object Pooling
• Finite State Machine (FSM)

➤ Knowledgeable in Unity (Version 2022 and above)

• UI Experience, Editor Scripting, External Packages (Zenject and UniRx) is nice to have.

➤ Knowledgeable on the latest gaming trends.

➤ Ability to work as part of a team.

➤ Ability to solve complex software and coding issues.

➤ Experience in Version Control like Git.

➤ Knowledgeable in Metroidvania games.

➤ Experience in 2D Platformer games is a big plus.
