Job Description

  • Develop and execute engaging, shareable content, including copy, static visuals, and short-formvideos, tailored to each social media platform’s unique audience and features.
  • Ideate, film, and edit short-form videos that effectively communicate brand stories and drive audience interaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with campaign strategies, plan content calendars, and strategically schedule releases for maximum impact.
  • Contribute creative concepts and visual storytelling that reinforce brand identity, resonate with the target audience, and stay ahead of social media trends.
  • Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery,

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media,

or any related field.

  • Additional certifications in content creation, video editing, or digital marketing

platforms is a plus

  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a similar creative role.
  • Proven track record of developing high-performing content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Experience in short-form video production, from ideation to editing is essential.
  • Familiarity working in cross-functional teams and managing content calendars for campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of social media best practices, platform algorithms, and audience behaviors.
  • Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut) and design software (e.g., Canva, etc ).
  • Creative storytelling ability, with a keen eye for visuals, tone, and platform-native trends.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge in brand voice alignment, campaign integration, and data-driven

content planning.
