We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations of the accounts receivable function. This role is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments from customers, maintaining financial records, and resolving billing issues to support the overall financial health of the organization.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients.

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course
• With experience in accounts receivable or general accounting is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) is a plus
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, payment processing, and account reconciliation
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets and deadlines
• Trustworthy, organized, and able to handle confidential financial information

• Willing to be assigned to Western Bicutan, Taguig City
