- Facilitate end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing agents in collections.
- Deliver refresher courses, batch training, and coaching sessions to enhance agent performance.
- Design and implement training modules aligned with collection strategies, objection handling, call flow optimization, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with operations and QA to analyze agent performance and recommend focused interventions.
- Ensure that training materials and delivery methods reflect industry best practices and compliance standards.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide continuous feedback and reporting.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Collections Training, preferably in B2B/B2C setup.
- Solid background in BPO training and Banking Operations, especially Retail Collections.
- Strong command of collection techniques, compliance protocols, and call quality frameworks.
- Proven success in delivering high-impact training programs and driving agent performance improvements.
- Amenable to work onsite daily.
- Willing to work Australian shift hours.
- Can start immediately.
