Business Development Manager

Note: This position requires remote work in Indonesia.

• Lead the company's Web3 project partnerships in Indonesia and explore business resources in the Indonesian Web3 sector.
• Promote regional Web3 industry collaborations in Indonesia, expand local business scenarios and partner networks.
• Responsible for recruiting project partners for the agent incubation platform in Indonesia.
• Maintain relationships with partners to ensure smooth progress and achieve business goals.

• Indonesian national with Chinese as a working language, or Chinese national with many years of experience in the Web3 industry in Indonesia.
• Two or more years of experience in the Indonesian Web3 industry, familiar with the local market environment and resources.
• Proven business development experience, adept at connecting with partners such as traffic providers and R&D teams, and possessing business negotiation skills.
• Understanding of AI agent-related fields, the ability to clearly communicate product value and promote collaboration.
• Strong ability to withstand pressure, quickly respond to market changes, and possess the ability to achieve breakthroughs from zero to one and collaborate across cultures.

Bonus Points

• Possess a strong network of Indonesian Web3 influencers, KOLs, or AI agent developers
• Familiarity with Indonesian payment systems and Web3 industry regulations
• Experience in business development for Web3 or AI projects in Indonesia, with successful experience in securing resources
